Hello from Sydney...
I am overwhelmed by the responses My blog received on 1st day. My 27/08/2010, EOD post need some correction in the resistance at 5061. We are already above the middle line of Bollinger bands and thus we have already crossed the middle line and upper band is at 5100. So, today 4953 (Bollinger band middle line) should act as a support and Nifty can target towards 5100. I am holding 5200 Calls bought at 38 Rs. with a target of 76 Rs. i.e. 100 % return on investment.
Thanksagain to all the readers...Suggestions are welcome..
My NIFTY Intraday Trading system
This is my Trading system which I use for last 5 years in intraday. The System gives indication of overbought/ oversold conditions in intraday Nifty index and thus gives you entry and exit points. I get into the Trade when all of indicators are confirming the Trend and get out of the trade when see 2-3 indicators diverging from the Nifty main trend.

Hi,
ReplyDeleteThanks for the pre-market view. I am new to this chart and I am interested in learning those... In ur free time please explain these 2,3 and 5; Thanks in advance!!
"2) Previous Day closing with respect to candlesticks, Pivot Points, Bollinger Bands and 3 EMAs.
3) Intraday RSI, Slow Stochastics and Macd in line with Nifty Trend or diverging.
5) Bollinger Band width to decide on volatility."
Thanks,
Arun
Hi Arun..
ReplyDeleteLet me try to answer your questions.
regarding 2) If you know a bit about candlesticks, Pivot points, bollinger bands and 3,13, 30 EMA, you would understand what I am saying. If you don't know them, you need to learn that...I am sorry...I won't be able to teach you here..But, many good sites online can teach you.
3) here, I am talking about RSI, MACD, SS being in tandem with Nifty going up or down...meaning the indicators should also follow the main NIFTY trend for the trend to continue.
4) The Bollinger band width ...The gap between upper and lower band suggests a possible movement of Nifty in between them...thus giving you an idea of the range the Nifty can move on that given intraday moment.
Hope these answers your questions...
Regards,
Ankur...
